DETOXIFICATION SCHEDULE OF THE HUMAN BODY & LIFE
STYLE
Human
body is having a time schedule for detoxification, to eliminate the unwanted toxic chemicals from
the body. You have to adjust your lifestyle of eating and sleeping habits
and timings to suit the body’s time schedule. Then only, your body can
absorb the nutrients and get rid of the
unnecessary toxic chemicals according to the "schedule." Otherwise, they get
accumulated in your body, affecting your health and mood.
9 PM to 11 PM is the time for detoxification of the antibody system, LYMPH NODES. This time duration
should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a
housewife is still in an un-relaxed state such as washing the dishes or
monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on
her health.
11 PM to 1 AM is the time for detoxification in the LIVER. Ideally
it should be done in a deep sleep state- during midnight.
1 AM to 3 AM is the time for detoxification in the GALL. This
is also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
3 AM to 5 AM is
the time for detoxification in the LUNGS. Therefore there
will be sometimes a severe cough for cough sufferers during early
morning. Since the detoxification process had reached the
respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine. Otherwise, the
cough medicine will interfere
with detoxification process.
5 AM to 7 AM is the time for detoxification in the COLON. You
should empty your bowel in the early morning.
7 AM to 9 AM is the time for absorption of nutrients in the SMALL INTESTINE. You
should have breakfast during this period.
Early
breakfast (before 6:30 AM) is good for patients.
In general, breakfast before 7:30 AM is a better
choice to stay fit. Skipping breakfast is a dangerous unhealthy habit. It is
still better to eat breakfast late until 10 AM rather than skipping.
Midnight to 4 AM is the time when the bone marrow produces
blood. Never miss the midnight sleep.
You just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and
eating habits. The first and foremost step is to try to maintain ideal sleep
time of from 10 PM to 4 AM. Avoid going to bed late and waking up late.
Similarly eating habits are to be adjusted. Untimely / late meals, over eating
and improper food can also do harm.
