AVOID THESE THINGS ON BED WHILE SLEEPING

Electronic Watches can emit a certain
level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear watch while on bed for a
long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

Avoid having electrical wires, mobile
phones or any electronic gadget beside your bed or anywhere near you, while
sleeping. Even when cell phone is used as alarm clocks, keep it as far as
possible. Electronic gadgets including
mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can
cause disruptions to our nervous system. Using phone chargers near your bed is
much more risky because of possible explosion.
If you like to put your cell phone or any electronic device near you,
switch it off first.
DON’T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP:
Sleeping with makeup may cause skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with makeup will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.
DON’T WEAR BRA:
It is discovered that those wearing bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast
cancer. So go to bed without it.
DON’T COVER YOUR FACE WITH BED SHEET:
If face is covered, you will be breathing in the same
air which you are breathing out. It means more carbon dioxide than oxygen is
supplied to your body and it harms your brain.
